About the Role

Provide technical input and leadership across large-scale structural engineering projects within the Property & Buildings Group. Manage scope and coordinate resources to deliver technical excellence for clients. Promote innovative, client-focused design solutions and develop an industry-leading profile. Prepare and review complex technical project reports, pursuits and proposals, and cultivate strong client relationships through excellent service delivery. Contribute to strategy and delivery of regionally strategic bids, ensuring significant opportunities are maximised for success. Develop and mentor the team to increase technical capability and deliver exceptional service to clients across Aotearoa.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical input and leadership on large-scale structural engineering projects within the Property & Buildings Group.
• Manage project scope, coordinate resources, and ensure technical excellence for clients.
• Promote innovative, client-focused design solutions and build an industry-leading profile.
• Prepare and review complex technical reports, pursuits and proposals; develop strong client relationships through service delivery.
• Assist in developing strategy and delivering regionally strategic bids; maximise significant opportunities for success.
• Develop and mentor the team to increase technical capability and ensure high-quality client solutions.
