Secondary (Years 7–15) / wharekura, Certificated teacher — English, Mathematics and statistics, Science.

Position

We are seeking a talented homebase teacher to join our Y7-10 teaching staff.

This is a permanent full-time position available from 28 January 2026.

The exact year level will be determined when roll numbers for 2026 have been confirmed.

Student teaching approach

Y7-10 students are generally taught in homebase classes for English, maths, science, social studies, and health.

Responsibilities

Teach Y7-10 students in homebase classes for English, maths, science, social studies, and health where applicable.

Maintain positive relationships with staff, students and whanau.

Qualifications

Applicants should have a real passion for teaching and learning, and the ability to maintain positive relationships with staff, students and whanau.
