Customer Services & Operations Consultant (Part-Time)

Overview

Best of both world where you are not just sitting behind a desk all day! Based at New Plymouth Airport , we have multiple part-time positions available for individuals who have exceptional customer service skills and aren’t afraid of hard work.

We work Monday to Sunday from 07 : 00 until 21 : 00 and are looking to fill the following shifts :

Shifts

• Part-Time 25-hours per week

Wednesday : 14 : 30 – 21 : 00

Friday : 09 : 00 – 17 : 30

About the role

As what we call a Rental Operations Agent you will be involved in all aspects of our business! This varied role covers both our front and back of house operations. On the counter you will be interacting with our customers, marketing products and services, completing rental transactions, contracts, and bookings.

On the other hand, you will be inspecting vehicles for damages and maintenance issues, driving, and parking our cars as well as cleaning vehicles (interior and exterior) in the wash bay so they are ready for our customers.
