The successful candidate will be someone who can :
Motivate and inspire learners to achieve their personal best.
Develop positive, genuine relationships with students, staff, and our wider school community.
Demonstrate strong, current curriculum and assessment knowledge.
We are particularly seeking candidates with :
Expert knowledge and understanding of structured literacy and mathematics pedagogy.
Confidence in teaching using the refreshed curriculum.
A commitment to the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
A genuine care for and interest in supporting every student's holistic growth.
A strong relationship-based pedagogy.
The willingness to learn, grow, and actively contribute to a supportive team environment.
While applicants are not required to be Catholic, the successful applicant must be willing to support, uphold, and be positively involved in the Special Catholic Character of the school and teach Religious Education.
