Fixed term, full-time opportunity ending 31 January
You will work alongside and support a dedicated team of customer-facing roles, to ensure our people and customers are supported and set-up for success.
You'll be the first point of contact for customers visiting our office, and will deal with customer communications and queries, as well as providing internal administrative support and coordination across our local office.
Nga pumanawatanga ou - What you will bring You'll be proactive, flexible and well organised, structuring work in a logical manner Your cultural awareness will support an aligned approach to our customers' aspirations and preferences, particularly in working with Maori and Pasifika You'll have strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with the ability to remain calm and resilient in sometimes pressured environments You will have a sound understanding of confidentiality, knowing when it is appropriate not to share information.
