The Sports Coach and Coordinator will work with classroom teachers to achieve the goals and targets set out to :

enhance the profile of sport and physical activity within the school

enhance student physical and character development through a sports programme

support and promote the safe delivery of sports and physical activity to students.

Key Tasks will include :

Encouraging and coaching students to participate in various sports

Communication and administration

Organisation of sports events, competitions, trips and tournaments

Professional Support and Training

Other tasks as may be reasonably requested from time to time

The ideal candidate will have experience working within a school environment.
