Key Responsibilities Partner with Equipment and ability to identify issues and provide solutions.
Lead the development of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans for the business unit.
Deliver commercial insights on asset utilisation, maintenance costs, capex investments, and transport logistics.
Review and approve commercial proposals, tenders, and contracts related to equipment procurement and transport services.
Provide financial modelling and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives and capital investments.
Monitor and report on KPIs including asset ROI, fuel efficiency, maintenance spend, and transport margins.
Ensure accurate financial reporting, cash flow forecasting, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance company policies.
Liaise with external auditors (if required) and support audit readiness for the Equipment
