The Role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi
As a Team Coach, you will provide strategic, clinical, and operational leadership to a team of Support Workers, supporting clinical oversight, risk management, and team development across the region. Together, you’ll provide responsive, recovery-focused, and culturally grounded care to tāngata whai ora in one of our residential services.
You’ll work closely with the Service and Relationship Manager, and alongside other Team Coaches to ensure safe, high-quality care and continuous improvement in how we deliver support.
This is a unique opportunity to influence practice, strengthen partnerships, and inspire a team that truly embodies our “whatever it takes” wairua.
This is a permanent, full time role, working Monday to Friday, 8 : 30am–5 : 00pm, with rotational on-call elements, based in Hamilton.
