Contract Administrator

Overview

We are thrilled to have been selected as Tararua's District Councils chosen service providers, starting late November, 2025. This marks an exciting new chapter in caring for Tararua's region's beautiful parks and reserves, building on a strong legacy of excellence. If you’re passionate about continuing to make a positive impact on your community and contributing to the future of these cherished spaces, we’d love for you to join our team. This role is part time and would equate to 16 hours a week, there is some flexibility in days and hours to meet operational demands.

About The Role

Based from our depot, this is a key role within our team for highly motivated individuals that takes pride in delivering a high standard of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Providing top-notch customer service both internally and externally, building and maintaining strong relationships
• Accurately recording project and job-related information in multiple databases and ensuring tasks are managed to completion
• Overseeing and updating the asset management system
• Maintaining subcontractor databases, prioritising and allocating workloads
• Analysing data and preparing monthly reports for management and customers
• Meeting financial reporting deadlines, completing monthly invoicing processes, raising purchase orders, invoices, and work orders
