As well as being responsible for creating solid community relationships, compliance management, mentoring and driving exceptional standards of teaching, you will be an integral part of making decisions which will drive the future focus for the centre, both in terms of environment and education.Role requirementsAn inspirational leader with an innate ability to develop and lead a team to deliver best practice childcare servicesB Ed / Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current teacher registration / certificationDemonstrated leadership experience you will love to coach, mentor and inspire!
