Location : Tauranga, Bay of Plenty

Start date : To be confirmed

Pay rate : $35–45 per hour (paid weekly)

We’re looking for a skilled GPS Grader Operator to join a hardworking civil crew in Tauranga. This role is ideal for someone with solid experience on the controls, confidence reading site plans, and the ability to deliver high‑precision final trim results using GPS technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate GPS‑equipped graders to accurately spread, level, and trim materials
• Read and interpret plans to meet site specifications and tolerances
• Use in‑cab 3D model data to ensure precision grading
• Conduct daily pre‑start checks and monitor GPS system accuracy
• Perform basic maintenance, refueling, and equipment upkeep
• Follow all site safety protocols and work collaboratively with site teams
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and crew to meet project goals
• Identify and report mechanical or GPS‑related issues as needed
