We’re looking for an experienced commercial lawyer who is looking to take their career in a new direction. This is a varied and people-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring others and shaping best practice across the firm.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinating the annual training programme for the Commercial team
• Coaching and mentoring junior lawyers
• Keeping the practice group informed of law / policy changes and market developments
• Maintaining and enhancing key precedents and user guides
• Collaborating on submissions and marketing materials
