About the Role
The primary purpose of the role is to manage priority regional improvement programmes and initiatives within Central Region.
The role will work closely with teams within Hospital and Specialist Services, and Planning, Funding and Outcomes as well as other business units across the Region in support of the priority regional improvement programmes and improvement initiatives.
The role provides specialist knowledge and advice to various programmes of work ensuring effective delivery of various programmes / projects with achieving operational and process rigour applying improvement methodology.
About you
You bring 8–10 years of experience in the health sector, working in roles where collaboration and cross-departmental engagement are essential.
You have a strong understanding of health service deliveryprocesses and a proven ability to lead and deliver medium to large-scale improvement projects and programmes within the sector.
You're confident in business management and reporting, with a solid track record in organisational and business improvement.
Your exceptional business writing skills enable you to communicate complex information with clarity and influence.
