You'll play a key role, shaping and executing strategies to drive growth and achieve targets, all while supporting and mentoring your team along the way.

This is a Monday to Friday role, 8 : 30AM - 5PM, based in the heart of Whanganui.Up to $85K Salary + Life Insurance + Staff PerksGenerous 5% Kiwi Saver contribution + Bonus structureYearly company wide Christmas functionsA supportive, collaborative team that values honesty and integrityTo be successful in this roleWe're looking for someone who can lead and support their team while keeping customers at the centre of everything you do.

You'll help the team succeed through guidance and coaching and keep day to day operations running smoothly.

You'll also work closely with other branches and regional leadership to support business-wide goals.

You will ideally have : Branch management experience within the financial services sectorStrong leadership and people management experienceProven ability to drive branch performance and meet targetsA customer focused mindset with a commitment to service and complianceExcellent communication and relationship building skillsDay to day responsibilitiesLead and grow the branch while supporting regional strategies and initiativesCoach and develop an experienced team to achieve targetsContribute to planning, budgeting, and reporting to support business growthEnsure all lending, credit, and risk processes comply with company policiesKeep up to date with competitor activity and identify opportunities for improvementMaintain branch operations and compliance with company standardsFoster a positive team culture, providing clear guidance and consistent leadershipAbout the companyWe're working with a long standing New Zealand financial services business that has built its reputation on supporting everyday Kiwis.
