Overview

Position : Labourer

Purpose : Your role is to support the trade team to be as productive as possible.

Reports to : Production Leaders, occasionally directly to Senior Fabricators

Direct Reports : None

Works closely with : Trade staff

Key Accountabilities

As An Individual You Have a Responsibility To

Longveld’s workshop environment is considered a safety sensitive area due to the risks inherent in trade activities. As a member of the trade team you must follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and only carry out the listed trade activities, where required, once you have been assessed as suitably trained by your supervisor.

This job description exists to give you clarity about your role at Longveld, however isn’t exhaustive, and from time to time you may be asked to apply your skills and talents to a task not described here that assists the wider team to achieve our purpose.
