Job Description

The National University of Singapore Graduate School (NUSGS) is seeking a creative, artistic, dynamic and self‑motivated Digital Outreach Specialist (DOS) to help lead global recruitment efforts for our prestigious PhD programs. The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of impactful digital experiences, including UX / UI design for our website, our virtual e‑Open House, marketing collaterals, promotional materials and presentations to effectively showcase our PhD offerings to the global audience.

In this role, you'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of in‑house developers, physical outreach specialists and stakeholders to craft user‑centered solutions that attract top PhD talents to NUS. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, exhibit strong creativity, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate expertise in UX / UI design.

Key Responsibilities

• UX / UI Design & Product Development

Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive, user‑friendly digital products, from concept to launch.

Design and produce engaging content for digital (social media) and physical marketing campaigns.

Elevate NUS Graduate School's branding through thoughtful corporate gift design.

Work closely with Physical Outreach Specialist to support efforts to promote PhD programs to prospective students locally and globally and explore partnership opportunities with other renowned Universities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Communications and New Media; Art, Design and Media; UX Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Experience in product design, UX / UI design, or a similar role.

Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present ideas to diverse stakeholders.

Artistic, Creative, Self‑motivated, resourceful, and Results‑oriented.
