We're looking for reliable and experienced Carpet & Vinyl Layers who are ready to step into a Foreman-style role—combining hands-on installation with operational support from the office.

Additionally, we are looking for keen individuals with a genuine interest in flooring and a strong labouring background to take the next step in their career.ResponsibilitiesInstalling carpet, vinyl, and vinyl planks in residential and commercial spacesPreparing subfloors, cutting and fitting materials, and delivering high-quality finishesSupervising job sites and performing quality checksCoordinating with builders, contractors, and clientsAssisting with daily job tracking, scheduling, and light paperworkStepping in with tools when the team is short-staffedRepresenting the company professionally on every projectBenefitsSupportive, tight-knit team with a solid work ethic$32 - $40 / hour starting rate, depending on experienceCompany vehicle provided for work travelSteady pipeline of work across residential and commercial sectorsOpportunities to travel nationwide for the projectWhat We're Looking ForProven experience in flooring or very strong general labouring experienceConfident, honest, and able to lead by exampleCapable of working independently while following clear directionsStrong communicator and team playerHigh attention to detail and pride in workmanshipFull NZ Driver's Licence requiredComfortable working on a variety of sites, including residential new builds and commercial jobsSomeone who values a respectful, down-to-earth team cultureScheduleMonday-Thursday : 7 : 00am - 5 : 00pmFriday : 7 : 00am - 4 : 00pmHow to ApplyClick APPLY NOW to submit your application.
