Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

No two days will look the same – as a Business Partner, you'll :

• Manage a portfolio of business clients, supporting and identifying their business banking needs.
• Meet bank financial and customer metrics.
• Meet with new and existing clients, both in our offices and at their businesses.
• Proactively grow and strengthen customer relationships by tailoring solutions that meet their business needs, from transactional banking to funding solutions, to supporting business owners with insights and learning opportunities.
• Build strong connections with local professionals and referral networks seeking to drive new business.
• Lead business development activities in your market and represent BNZ at key events.
• Collaborate with a talented, supportive team to deliver outstanding outcomes for all BNZ customers.
