A Bit About Your Role
As an Operational Quality Team Leader at our Rolleston site, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our manufacturing operations. You’ll lead and develop a small team, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and provide expert guidance on quality systems, compliance, and food safety standards. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll work closely with Operations, Compliance, and Technical teams to maintain and improve quality performance. You’ll be responsible for internal audits, managing non‑conformance processes, and supporting the implementation of HACCP and RMP requirements.
A Bit About You
You’re someone with a strong background in quality assurance within the food or dairy industry. You have experience in auditing, HACCP, and risk management programmes, and you’re confident in interpreting technical documents and implementing quality systems. Your leadership skills enable you to coach and develop others, and you thrive in a fast‑paced environment where attention to detail and problem‑solving are key.
