About the role

We are looking for a dedicated, passionate and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager!

You will have the opportunity to :

• Help build a vibrant, energetic and inclusive team culture by assisting with the recruitment, training and coaching of team members
• Drive the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience which exceeds expectations each and every time
• Ensure our products are delicious, craveable, and #instaworthy
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational targets
• Supervising team members to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly

As the Assistant Manager you will need to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and consistently deliver a smooth operation which inspires our customers and team members to Live Más
