About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior
nurse to expand their skills.
The Nurse Coordinator - Projects at Christchurch Hospital at
Health New Zealand, Te Whatu Ora Waitaha carries out a key role in our senior
nursing team in the Department of Nursing, leading and facilitating projects
that supports excellence in service delivery, enabling care that is patient and
whanau centric, and that which is designed to reduce inequity and meet the
needs of our community.
About You
As the successful candidate you
will be responsible for leading and coordinating projects.
You will have the
ability to identify and implement initiatives with teams that increase the
quality of outcomes for patients and their whanau.
You will bring with you a
people-centric and culturally inclusive approach; and an ability to work
collaboratively across a multidisciplinary service.
