Construction Manager

Specialist recruiter for white-collar civil, construction, & business support positions.

In this SPM / Construction Management position, you will deliver a range of civil projects including but not limited to : earthworks, drainage, streetscape, roadworks, marine, utilities and rail.

Joining this high performing tier 2 civil contractor will have you managing project management teams ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget and meeting high quality, HSE standards. Projects are mostly valued around $10‑$30 million.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day‑to‑day operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Lead and mentor project managers and site leadership in all areas of construction, including delivery, quality and health and safety.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to tendering, pricing and winning new work.
