We’re Civeo, one of the fastest-growing hospitality employers in Australia. We run large-scale accommodation villages that support the mining industry across regional Queensland. Right now, we’re looking for experienced Line Chefs with a formal qualification, based in New Zealand to join us on a 14 : 7 fly-in-fly-out roster. At the moment, we’re only able to accept applications from New Zealand citizens.

What’s the gig?

You’ll Work For Two Weeks On-site, Then Head Home To NZ With a Week To Yourself. While You’re On Site, Here’s What You Can Expect

• Preparing and cooking large-volume, high-quality meals (sometimes for 3,000+ people daily!)
• Following set menus and food safety procedures (HACCP knowledge essential)
• Working collaboratively with your team to deliver consistently high standards
• Day and / or night shifts required, either 10.5 or 12 hr working days
• Contributing to a positive, respectful kitchen culture
