TrackMan is a fast-growing sports technology company that develops, manufactures, and sells 3D ball flight measurement systems for various sports. Originally developed for golf, TrackMan now leads in several sports disciplines, providing real-time sports motion data.

Responsibilities :

• Find, plan, and deliver product demonstrations to teaching pros, club fitters, amateurs, and other clients regularly
• Generate leads through all communication channels, including cold calling, workshops, and social media
• Collaborate with local PGA and golf organizations for demand generation
• Ensure customer satisfaction via ongoing training and service
• Prepare proposals and manage orders
• Provide customer training and first-level support
• Organize and conduct TrackMan University workshops
• Test products and relay feedback to development teams
• Develop and improve sales strategies for your territory

The compensation includes a fixed salary, commissions, and bonuses. Extensive onboarding and ongoing coaching are provided. The role is home-office based within the territory, with 50-75% travel expected.
