Senior Architectural Technician

The role

Jasmax is seeking a highly experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join its Christchurch studio, working alongside some of the industry’s leading designers to deliver city-shaping and nation-defining projects.

This important full-timerole supports the production of drawn information and thedelivery of best-practice technical design.

• BIM modelling, document planning, detailing, documentation management, coordination, plus site observations.
• Providing technical expertise toproject teamsthrough a hands-on, collaborative approach.

Required experience and skills

• Qualified technician with15+ years of experience.
• Experience must come from large-scale and complex commercial builds.
• Broad range of typology experience, such as commercial, civicand community, healthand science, and education.
• Advanced Revit skills, proficiency,and knowledge of Newforma are advantageous.
