About the role

Take your nursing career to the next step by taking the responsibility of Nurse Clinical Coordinator at a smaller aged-care facility in Takanini. Bring a positive attitude to the lead your team in providing excellent clinical care.

What you have to do

Provide consistent, fair and effective leadership to your unit

Ensure the provision of quality clinical care by co-ordinating the multi-disciplinary needs of the residents

Management of resources including equipment and supplies

Act as key support to senior management

Bring a proactive and pragmatic attitude

Skills & Experience

Current APC and registration essential

Experience in leadership would be a bonus but not essential

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Ability to lead and connect with a team of health professionals

Most important characteristic is attitude, everything else can be taught
