OPERATIONS MANAGER

Join to apply for the OPERATIONS MANAGER role at Leonardo Hotels UK & Ireland .

As an Operations Manager, you’ll keep the hotel running like clockwork and take responsibility for the Food and Beverage department. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations in the absence of the Hotel Manager. You will lead your team to ensure our guests have an incredible experience with us. You’ll work alongside the General Manager to oversee operations, ensure every stay is extra special and inspire a vibrant team to exceed our guests’ expectations.

We’re looking for someone with strong people skills who can motivate the team to perform at their best.

Responsibilities

• Undertake Duty Manager shifts as required to support the team
• Work with the General Manager to devise new ways of moving the Leonardo Hotels brand forward in the hotel
• Support delivery of new starter induction and “Guest Care” training, ensuring all team members offer great hospitality to brand standards
• Actively monitor recruitment requirements in the hotel to support the operation and current team
• Have good knowledge of the local area to drive business opportunities for the hotel
• Collaborate with the local HR team to host engaging activities for the team
• Food and Beverage and Front Office experience is essential
