WPS are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of our responsive repairs service within the social housing sector. This pivotal role involves managing both the contracts and the operational team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day management of the responsive repairs contract.
• Lead and motivate a team of supervisors, operatives and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality standards and contractual KPIs.
• Build strong relationships with clients, residents and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts and resource allocation to deliver cost‑effective service.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across the service.
