With over 10 years of experience implementing CRM systems for both local and international clients, we boast a knowledgeable and capable team in this space.About The RoleAs the Functional Consultant Dynamics 365 CE, this is an exciting role where you will leverage your hands-on experience to spearhead the implementation of Dynamics 365 CE solutions, ensuring they meet our customers' strategic goals.

Your role involves engaging directly with customers understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, participating in pre-sales activities and serving as a subject matter expert in bid engagements.What You'll DoLead the implementation of Dynamics 365 CE solutions for high-profile clients while fostering strong, trustworthy relationshipsConduct business analysis, design solutions, and facilitate client workshopsManage the team, mentor and guide other team members in their professional developmentConfigure Dynamics 365 CE products to align with client needsProvide post-implementation support to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and system optimizationWhat You'll BringThe successful candidate for this role will be seen as an expert in their field and will have demonstrated experience and success in a similar, client facing role.Additionally, we're looking for the following : You'll have plenty of experience leading the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CE systems and have an understanding of Sales, Service and Marketing principalsExperience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platforms is essentialYou may also have experience with presales and shaping projectsYou enjoy being hands on and aren't afraid to get stuck in there to train your customers or mentor junior team members.Why join us here at Datacom?
