Data Operations Specialist

JOB OVERVIEW

The Data Operations Specialist is responsible for executing data analysis, developing queries, and supporting data-driven initiatives across prospect, customer, and internal projects. This role focuses on ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and organization of data to enable effective reporting and insights. The specialist works with complex data sets, implements efficient processes, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision‑making and optimize data utilization across the organization.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Execute data collection, enrichment, validation, and delivery activities to support business and customer initiatives.
• Monitor data quality metrics, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure smooth data integration, automation, and process scalability.
• Partner with Product and Business teams to understand data requirements and deliver datasets that meet business objectives.
• Apply data tools, QA methods, and best practices to maintain high-quality standards across data pipelines and workflows.
• Support vendor‑related data operations, including validation and integration of external data sources or enrichment platforms.
