• You'll have at least four years of relevant work experience across technical delivery and client-facing activities, ideally gained within a consultancy environment.

You'll be naturally skilled at building wide and effective networks of contacts inside and outside the organisation, leading to ongoing work and repeat business.

You are chartered or actively working towards chartership, and you're passionate about professional growth and excellence.

You love to learn and share knowledge, and you bring a fresh perspective that helps develop those around you.
