Reimagine the future of health together with us at OverviewThe S / 4HANA Data Migration Lead will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing end-to-end data migration activities for the S / 4HANA transformation program.

This role will lead the data migration strategy, oversee data extraction, transformation, loading, and ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance with business requirements.

The Data Migration Lead will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical experts, and external vendors to deliver a smooth transition from legacy SAP ECC systems to SAP S / 4HANA RISE.Role & ResponsibilitiesDefine, develop, and own the data migration strategy and roadmap for the S / 4HANA programLead end-to-end data migration lifecycle : scoping, data assessment, extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, and loading into S / 4HANAWork with business and functional teams to identify critical data objects (e.g., customer, vendor, materials, assets) and establish migration rulesDrive data quality management by establishing validation rules, reconciliation reports, and error-handling proceduresCoordinate with SAP functional and technical teams to setup migration tools and methodologies (e.g., SAP Data Services, LTMC, LSMW, BODS, Migration Cockpit, SNP tools, etc)Manage stakeholder expectations by reporting progress, risks, and issues to leadership and ensuring alignment with program timelinesOversee mock migration cycles, cutover activities, and post-migration validation to ensure business readinessEnsure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standardsAct as the primary point of contact for all data migration-related activities in the programRequirementsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)5+ years of SAP data migration experienceProven track record in leading data migration for large-scale SAP S / 4HANA implementationsStrong knowledge of SAP S / 4HANA data structures across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and ProcurementHands-on experience with SAP Data Migration tools (LTMC, SAP Migration Cockpit, BODS, LSMW, etcStrong understanding of ETL processes, data mapping, data validation, and reconciliation methodsExcellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and deliver within strict deadlines during cutover phasesFamiliarity with data governance frameworks and compliance regulations (e.g., PDPA / GDPR, SOX) is a plusExperience in Singapore healthcare industry or public sector is a plusWe are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
