Job descriptionApprentice Trained Engine Technician (Cert III) or equivalent Basic level of workshop or field service experience required Basic level knowledge of and / or experience with engine products Heavy Vehicle Experience preferred HR License preferred Full Time / 40 hours per week on-call roster Overtime as required – Penalty rates paid for all work above 40 hours All your Safety equipment / PPE and uniforms are provided and laundered Domestic Relocation from across Australia may be offered for the right candidate Local Valid Drivers License Job : Service Organization : Cummins Inc. Description
You will make an impact in the following ways :
- Complete repairs and maintenance of heavy diesel products
- Diagnose and repair engines
- Disassemble, inspect, and clean engines and / or engine components
- Engine rebuilding and reconditioning
- Maintain work area and tools for cleanliness and proper operation
- Assist with completion required documentation, such as work completed documentation, time sheets, warranty claims and quality forms, via handwritten forms or business system input screens
- Ensure adherence to all relevant Health, Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislation and report any issues / incidents to their supervisor
