HealthcareAssistants are instrumental in providing care to patients and supporting theclinical team.

As a Healthcare Assistant you will assist nursing staff withpatient cares whilst maintaining a safe and clean work environment on the ward.

Ward14 based at Christchurch Hospital is a 24 bed ward that specialises in the careof Nephrology (including renal transplantation) and General Medicinepatients.

Weare seeking a Healthcare Assistant with a passion and commitment to thedelivery of high standard of care for the patients.

Enthusiastic and motivated,you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and enjoyworking in a fast paced, forward thinking, supportive environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills andthe ability to engage well.

A high attention to detail and the ability to relate topatients and their families.

A good use of initiative and problem-solving skills.

Excellent time management skills and a willingness tolearn.

Ideally experience as a Hospital Aide or similar
