The Warehouse is the home of Christmas, a destination for our customers to find everything they need for an affordable and special Christmas. We need extra team members to help make that happen.

We’re looking for fixed-term seasonal Team Members to join us. Start dates vary from mid-September to mid-November, and you’ll be with us until around mid-January. Many of our Christmas Team Members have progressed into roles throughout The Warehouse Group, so this role could be your stepping stone for longer-term and wider opportunities!

Job Description

As a Nightfill Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring our stores are ready and prepared for the busy festive season. Tasks include unpacking stock, filling shelves, and ensuring displays look fresh and are fill-ready for customers the next day.

Whether stocking shelves with customer favourites or assisting with customer enquiries, you will be key to creating a seamless and magical shopping experience.

The hours of work are generally between 7pm to 3 : 30am . You need to be available throughout the holiday period and flexible with hours and days of work. If required to work past 10pm, you must be over 16 years old.

Qualifications

If you take initiative and work well independently and in a team, then this role is for you. You should be able to undertake heavy lifting, climb ladders, and be on your feet for long periods. Reliability and the ability to work unsupervised are essential, along with excellent communication skills to positively contribute to the team.

We especially want to hear from those with strong availability throughout December and over public holidays, as this is when the magic and rush happen.
