We are on the hunt for reliable, detail-focused team members to help our stores operate efficiently this Christmas.

The Warehouse is the home of Christmas, a destination for our customers to find everything they need for an affordable and special Christmas.

We need extra team members to help make that happen.

We're looking for fixed-term seasonal Team Members to join us.

Start dates vary from mid-September to mid-November, and you'll be with us until around mid-January.

Many of our Christmas Team Members have progressed into roles throughout The Warehouse Group, so this role could be your stepping stone for longer-term and wider opportunities!

Job Description

As a Nightfill Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring our stores are ready and prepared for the busy festive season.

Tasks include unpacking stock, filling shelves, and making sure displays look fresh and fill-ready for customers the next day.

Whether stocking shelves with customer favourites or assisting with customer enquiries, you will be key to creating a seamless and magical shopping experience.

The hours for this position are generally between 4 : 30pm and 8 : 30pm, and in December, generally between 6pm and 10pm.

You need to be available throughout the holiday period and flexible with hours and days.

If required to work past 10pm, you must be over 16 years of age.

Qualifications

If you take initiative, work well independently and as part of a team, this role is for you.

You should be able to undertake heavy lifting, climb ladders, and be on your feet for long periods.

Reliability, good communication skills, and the ability to work unsupervised are essential.

We especially value availability during December and public holidays, when the peak season occurs.
