We offer a wide range of products to meet travellers' needs – from grab-and-go snacks, drinks, and coffee, to books, magazines, tech accessories, gifts, and last-minute travel essentials.The Role : We're looking for an energetic and committed Full-Time Store Manager to join our team at Dunedin Airport.

Be the face of the store – set the standard for service and style? Create meaningful connections with customers – every transaction counts? Lead, coach, and inspire your team to hit targets and shine? Manage store operations with accountability and attention to detail? Uphold exceptional presentation and brand standards? Foster a respectful, values-led culture every dayWhat We're Looking For : Experience in a similar leadership role in a high-energy retail environment Duty Managers Certificate or ability to obtain one (must be 20years and above) ? Strong communication and coaching abilities Confidence to take initiative and own your role ? A "hands-on" leader who thrives in a team setting? Flexibility to work across rotating shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends & public holidays)
