Relay  is a vibrant travel retail store located right inside Auckland Airport, designed to make every journey easier. We offer a wide range of products to meet travellers’ needs – from grab-and-go snacks, drinks, and coffee, to books, magazines, tech accessories, gifts, and last-minute travel essentials.

The Role :

We’re looking for an energetic and committed Full-Time Store Manager to join our team at Dunedin Airport . If you love leading from the front, creating outstanding customer experiences, and developing high-performing teams – this is your runway to success.

What You’ll Do :

✅ Be the face of the store – set the standard for service and style

✅ Create meaningful connections with customers – every transaction counts

✅ Lead, coach, and inspire your team to hit targets and shine

✅ Manage store operations with accountability and attention to detail

✅ Uphold exceptional presentation and brand standards

✅ Foster a respectful, values-led culture every day

What We’re Looking For :

💼 Experience in a similar leadership role in a high-energy retail environment

🍾 Duty Managers Certificate or ability to obtain one (must be 20years and above)

🗣️ Strong communication and coaching abilities

🎯 Confidence to take initiative and own your role

🖐️ A “hands-on” leader who thrives in a team setting

⏰ Flexibility to work across rotating shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends & public holidays)

🪪 Valid working rights & eligibility to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
