In this role you will be responsible for driving sales growth and executing the business plan aligned with the company growth strategy. We are looking for an individual that creates a culture of sales excellence through a growth and customer first mindset that will enhance the performance and results of our sales team and provide the best outcomes for practitioners and patients.Key Responsibilities :
• Sales target achievement through generation of sales opportunities, conducting sales calls and lead follow through.
• Utilising CRM (Salesforce) functionality to capture, identify, and generate opportunities from our existing customer base.
• Increase Solventum profile in the dental marketplace and build brand loyalty through a customer first approach.
• Become an expert in clinical data and promote effective use of Solventum products.
• Continued personal growth through career planning and training.Key Criteria :
• Both Dental and sales backgrounds are preferred to understand customer’s needs, processes and predict customer’s next behaviors.
• Drive to exceed sales targets.
• Ability to plan for time optimisation in territory management.
• Proactive and agile response to customer needs and requests
• Focus on continuous learning.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent IT skills.
• High level of interdependence, can-do attitude, self-motivation, flexibility, and adaptation to change.
