• The Opportunity
• We are looking for some great people to join our team as a Fixed-Term Customer Service Representative where you'll be the primary liaison between our valued customers and branch network this summer period.

Your main focus will be to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service throughout their journey with us, with day-to-day tasks involving the handling of customer enquiries, processing orders, and addressing any concerns of complaints promptly and professionally.

Embracing a cross-functional approach, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with teams across the organisation, such as logistics and branch operations – supporting our mission to help keep Kiwis safe on our roads.You'll be joining a collaborative and vibrant team and given full support and training to ensure you are perfectly equipped with all the knowledge and solutions you will need to help with customer queries.
