Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Auckland for a MRI MIT.

The MRI MIT will be responsible for performing MRI scans, ensuring patient safety, maintaining high standards of imaging, and adhering to clinical protocols.

The role also involves coordinating with other healthcare professionals, maintaining patient records, and ensuring the proper functioning of MRI equipment.

Qualifications

Experience in operating MRI equipment and performing diagnostic imaging procedures

Strong understanding of patient safety and radiation protection protocols

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare professionals

Ability to maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with advancements in the field

Relevant qualification in Medical Imaging or Radiology

Registration with the New Zealand Medical Radiation Technologists Board (MRTB) and a current annual practicing certificate
