About the Role We are seeking rural, community minded doctors to be part of Te Whatu Ora Taranaki's vision of a fit for purpose integrated primary and secondary health service in the established Hāwera Hospital. If you want to work as a Generalist within the Rural Hospital Medicine scope of practice, in a modern innovative environment this could be what you are looking for! We are looking to grow our team of open minded and progressive doctors where you will join a supportive team providing world class medical services and comprehensive community care at a level 3 rural hospital. We need practitioners who can use their varied and broad generalist knowledge and experience to diagnose and treat patients in either a primary care and / or secondary care high acuity setting with opportunities to follow your patients admitted to the inpatient ward.
