Customer Service Team Member - The Warehouse, Ormiston
The Warehouse is a major retailer in New Zealand offering a wide range of products at affordable prices. This role focuses on assisting customers, processing returns, exchanges, refunds and transfers, and supporting the Checkout area as required. The position is part-time, permanent, with hours listed below.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide friendly, service-oriented assistance
- Process returns, exchanges, refunds and transfers
- Support Loss Prevention with security and help supervise the Checkout area as required
- Put the customer first to support a positive shopping experience
