Leading a capable accounts team, you’ll bring a hands‑on, invested leadership style. You’ll coach, develop, and support your team to achieve great results while maintaining a culture of accountability and care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and timely monthly + annual financial reporting
• Oversee and support a team of five (AP, AR, Payroll)
• Partner across the business to support process improvements
• Provide strategic insights to support business growth and decision‑making
