About the Role
We are looking for multiple Healthcare Assistants for positions of 24-hour and 30-hour per week.
The role offers the flexibility to fit your schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver the highest standard of personalised care to every resident
Support and encourage residents to maintain their independence and make decisions for themselves
Assist resident activities of daily living in a way that meets Eden principles and the Domains of Wellbeing
Work under the supervision and direction of the RN
Ensure resident needs are attended to effectively and in a timely manner
About You
As well as a passion for the wellbeing of older people, you will be enthusiastic but patient and well organised, with great interpersonal skills.
You will share our values of empathy, compassion, and respect.
In addition, you will have :
Previous experience in aged care or a healthcare assistant or support worker role preferred but not essential
Willingness to gain qualifications while you work
Ability to be an active member of a team environment
Good verbal communication and documentation skills
Basic computer skills
