An established healthcare provider is seeking a skilled and motivated Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join their progressive and collaborative radiology team.
Working with cutting-edge technology, including two state-of-the-art PET scanners and two Nuclear Medicine devices, you can specialise in PET or Nuclear Medicine, or work across both modalities.
As part of a well-supported team of five-to-eight technologists operating across multiple sites, you will enjoy a stable Monday to Friday schedule, with minimal weekend shifts for pre-surgical imaging.

Key Responsibilities
Perform high-quality ultrasound imaging with precision, adhering to best practices and clinical protocols
Manage a diverse caseload including musculoskeletal, small parts and vascular ultrasound examinations
Utilise advanced imaging technology to produce accurate and diagnostic-quality results
Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure patient-centred care
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records while strictly observing safety and hygiene standards
Contribute to a supportive, inclusive and professional workplace culture through active engagement and teamwork
Skills And Experience
Registration with the New Zealand Medical Radiation Technologists Board as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Demonstrated experience in nuclear medicine and / or PET imaging (CT imaging experience would be advantageous, but not essential)
Competent in the administration of radiopharmaceuticals and operation of advanced imaging technologies
Strong interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated awareness of and sensitivity to cultural and community diversity
Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, often across multiple clinical sites
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to patient safety and quality care
A willingness to engage in ongoing learning and professional development within the field of nuclear medicine
