We’re excited by user experience / interface and are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Experience Designer to assist in defining and creating beautiful experiences that delight our customers.

Role Type : 18 Months

Role Location : Wellington or Auckland

Work Hours : 37.5 Hrs

Ka aha tō rā e kite ai - What will your day look like

• Contribute and work on digital projects, bringing your UX and UI design skills to the fore.
• Assist in the use of research and analytics insights to inform, prototype and validate design solutions iteratively across digital channels.
• Assist and support in crafting and delivering design artefacts that are high quality, consistent, coherent and align with our digital design strategy and design systems.
• Utilise and contribute to ANZ’s design system
• Follow design advice, guidance and support from other designers to ensure best practice is applied
• Follow and champion design thinking by bringing customer insights and data to the decision table
• Follow inclusive design principles especially accessibility across design projects and initiatives
• Work collaboratively with partners and stakeholders to bring them along on the design journey with you
