• Specific focus on enterprise portfolio reporting
• Opportunity to be part of an expert Enterprise Portfolio Management TeamMSD's Enterprise Portfolio Office is a team of trusted experts and advisors, providing management and support to MSD's Integrated Change Portfolio.The Enterprise Portfolio Office facilitate integrated prioritisation and planning, provide support for investment and benefit management, establish consistent frameworks and guidance, enable governance decisions, and undertake assurance across key controls.
• About the role | Mō te tūnga
• This is a key role that ensures the effectiveness of enterprise portfolio reporting, assesses health and progress of delivery and achievement of benefits.If you have experience working in a large portfolio / programme, facilitating across multiple stakeholders to assess delivery and benefit achievement and produce accurate and insightful reporting, we would like to hear from you.
• You will do this by :
• Partnering with delivery leads to build maturity and ensure reporting tools and guides are applied and continue to meet needs.
• Gathering data and insight and assessing delivery and benefit health.
• Developing enterprise portfolio reporting that clearly conveys information and insight for governance.
• Encouraging a culture that values transparent, data-led, outcome focussed information.
• About you
• To be successful in this role, you will have :
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence.
• Experience in enterprise portfolio reporting and other portfolio management functions.
• Experience working in large programmes or portfolios.
• Achievement of results in a time pressured environment.
• An understanding of the government and public sector environment, systems, processes and strategic risks and issues facing government and the Ministry.
