We have an exciting opportunity available for an English and science (Y9–10) kaiako to join our Y9–13 team.

The ideal candidate will be culturally aware and enjoy the challenge of working within a modern learning environment with a focus on akonga / student-centred learning.The successful candidate will have : Experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary teamAbility and confidence teaching Y9–13Ability to teach English to NCEA Level 3Able to deliver science teaching to Y9–10Experience with planning and delivering integrated learning for Y9–10A commitment to providing extracurricular opportunities for akongaSound organisational skills and be details-orientedStrong pastoral skills to support in the role of Puna Ako kaiakoSound communication skills to support akonga, whanau and kaimahiThe successful applicant will exemplify the school's values of Hanga Whare, Alofa, Manaakitanga, Service and Success.
