We're seeking a passionate and experienced

Technical Director – Renewable Energy

to help grow and guide our New Zealand Renewable Energy team.

This is a leadership role where your expertise will shape projects, inspire teams, and contribute to a cleaner, more resilient energy future.

You'll work across a diverse portfolio of renewable energy projects—wind, solar, storage—and collaborate with colleagues across sectors and regions.

You'll also play a key role in developing client relationships, leading proposals, and driving innovation in energy strategy and delivery.

What You'll Do

Lead and manage renewable energy projects across NZ and the Asia Pacific region

Provide technical direction and strategic input across wind, solar, and storage technologies

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated, impactful solutions

Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders

Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of growth and inclusion

Contribute to business development and proposal preparation

Champion sustainability and regenerative outcomes in every project

About You

You're a renewables specialist with a strong track record and a genuine passion for clean energy.

You thrive in collaborative environments, value integrity, and are motivated by purpose.

You bring :

A degree in a relevant discipline

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Knowledge of the NZ electricity market

A proactive, adaptable mindset and a commitment to teamwork
